i have very important things in a note that is locked which i forgot the password. i cannot remember or reset the password. i need to get into this note. help

iPhone 12, iOS 14

without the password it was locked with, you will not be able to access your locked note

you can reset the password for notes you lock in the future, but resetting the password will not give you access to your previously locked notes

Unless you can remember the password, you can't access it.

That's the entire point of encrypting something... so that someone without the key can't read it.
