Buying the apple product with warranty ?
I intend to buy an iPad which still have warranty from my friend. So how about the warranty? Is it valid to me ? Do I need any proof of purchase to bring it to apple store for fixing ?
Thanks

In some cases Apple will ask for proof of purchase. Are you referring to the original manufacturer warranty or does the iPad have AppleCare+? If it has AppleCare+ the original owner can transfer ownership to you so they won’t have any issues. I have done this 3 times for devices I have sold that still had the balance of AppleCare+ left. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202712

No. The Warranty is tied to the device not a person. If its still under warranty it will be valid for whoever brings the iPad in for service.
Thanks for your help.
Do I need to provide any proof of purchase for the apple staff? as my friend lost the receipt where he purchased the iPad
Thanks a lot
This iPad only has 1 year warranty since the date of purchase. So do I need to do any transferring things ? and Do I need to provide any proof of purchase if I get it fixed ?
No, no transferring of anything is necessary and no proof of purchase should be required.
