can I prevent my child from blocking my number when at his step moms house?

Is there any restrictions I can put on his phone so I can communicate with him when he’s not in my care?

Can I block outgoing calls on iPhone? You Have a 94 year old parent that has gotten involved with a 49 year old woman and being taken advantage of. I''ll let you check if you can use Screen Time to prevent setting call blocking.
