I don't see my TV option under Airplay display. Please help. I am not able to connect to my Samsung 75 inch tv.

Have you checked if there is an update available for Samsung Tv Airplay ?
You can also try Enabling/Disabling Airplay on your Samsung Tv.
Another option is restarting your Router as this issue could also be caused by the connection between your Router and your Samsung Tv.
