Blue line around text boxes and other areas

IPad Pro 12.9

Since 15.1 iOS, Facebook App was freezing every time I try to comment. I looked up the solution and it said to turn on Accessibility>Keyboard>Full Keyboard access. Bingo! It worked, no more freezing.

But NOW I get a horrible blue box around everything, it won’t allow me to type in iMessage, Safari, anywhere with a text box and it’s ruining my life LOL. I looked up the solution for THAT and it says to turn off Accessibility>Keyboard>Full Keyboard access. 🤦‍♀️

For the love of GOD can someone please help me.
