Map app and car Bluetooth
When my phone connects to the Bluetooth audio in my car, I always get a notification from maps suggesting my route home. I don’t want this notification so how do I turn that off?

We see that you do not want to see suggestions on your iPhone from Maps. We'd be happy to help.
What you are seeing are Siri Suggestions. You can toggle this setting off within your settings for Maps:
Go to Settings > Maps > Siri & Search > Suggestions. From there you can toggle on or off whichever settings you do or do not want to use.
