Panic Issue

The only question that’s bothering me, and idk if this will be of any help to you… If your iPhone is the latest model released by Apple then why is this only happening to you…

If you are carrying an older model released by Apple then my inclination would be even more to something to do with your phone or anything in relation to it.

You may think it’s an Apple device, but it doesn’t give you immunity to problems based out of electronic functionality.

Your basis for the argument with Apple maybe based on if your phone is old then I would hope they help you as they are Apple. If your phone is new then they should be helping you, what do they expect it’s a new device.

But if you have differing views, that’s fine, I’m only looking from the lateral sense of point of view.

I once had problems with these devices, I got so much help from Apple but we had a conflicted perspective both sides arguing their own perspective, we got to no where in the end. But my problem did not effect the use of the device so much as what you are pointing out.

Tell them this is not a phone issue, your issue is you are carrying an expensive Apple device and having severe interruptions in your usage of the phone.

If you are not rich then you can’t fork out another 3k into a phone. But if you are rich I would buy another device while sell this one on eBay for auction stating the problems it has and make the price start like $5.00.

Or I would get over it, we are in panic circumstances, I think Apple will not be inclined to help. Wasting your stress and time.

Coming from my personal experience. Most people would think if you got Apple you are immune to problems. It’s actually just a fine designed gadget with a big brand and price tag.

Its hard to get your head around that perspective. Just imagine a piece of metal vs metal with a Ferrari horse label on it so you can charge more for it. The only reason this is a shiny device with high quality plus it’s got the brand which gives it the price tag.

Dont expect to buy a brand and your problems are over. These people stand for their brand but when it come to shove for shove scenarios this is where you have to go extreme and seek another angle how you can fight back. Be it consumer affairs or posting translated text on international website just to get your head around to what people advice you. Most people are trashed by these magic brands like Porsche Ferrari Samsung Apple Microsoft McDonald’s but they have no idea what to do, brands are just people that made them… can’t do much.. unless of course if you get someone helpful… try ringing several time see who you get…

Thanks for letting me know. Great that they’ve done that, they are professionals at what they do. Some repairer I’ve asked he said they don’t fix phones th et just on sell. But I mean they have to help at the end it’s a brand new phone.

Can I know what country you are from, if you don't mind? I am from Mauritius and my Iphone 12 Pro (used for 2 months only!!) has stopped turning on. I went to my service provider and they said that they will do a rear system repair, which I am against cos it was a hardware issue (nothing wrong from my end - still awaiting final diagnostic report) and I want a new one instead.

Where did you buy it from?
