Panic error
If the phone under warranty has never been interfered with by the user and the phone freezes and turns off due to a motherboard panic error, is it not replaced or repaired by the service due to this error?

It should be covered by warranty. Click on Contact Support at the top of this page to discuss repair options.
Note that a panic is the equivalent of a system crash (like a Windows Blue Screen of Death), and it may be a software crash, so start by just restarting the phone.
The operative word here is QUICKLY; and try it a couple of times, the timing is a little tricky.
If that doesn’t solve the problem then discuss with Apple support.
I did these operations. However, the phone freezes and after three or four minutes it turns off and on. I took it to the authorized service in Turkey. Although my phone has never been to the service before, it was returned without being repaired due to unauthorized intervention.
