My iPad 2019 just crashed and was unable to start. Only apple logo and keep restarting. After I plug it to mac, both option for update or restore comes with error : The iPad “iPad” could not be updated. An unknown error occurred (4013).
Any help? Otherwise, I go to the service tomorrow.

|ea that page is not helpful at all, basically just saying try the update and not restore. Doesn't work, support is next, hopefully, tomorrow.
