I am an electrical engineering student living in Turkey. We use applications such as autocad and matlab, but I found that these applications do not work without rosetta 2. I want to buy macbook air m1 but if Rosetta 2 is uninstalled how will i use these apps.

We are only users like you and have no clue as to what Apple's plans for the future are.
There may be zero parallels with the current transition of Macs from Intel to Apple Silicon, but the last transition from PowerPC to Intel, the first Intel product was released in 2006 with the original Rosetta translator to support PowerPC apps on Intel. In 2011, Apple released macOS Lion that no longer had Rosetta. Back then it was five years. Only Apple knows how long they will support this transition.
