I was using my m1 mac normally as usual, then yesterday I tried to switch apps then the screen went back where it started from. I tried rebooting my computer several times, but it keeps happening.

We see that you're having some issues with changing apps on your Mac. To get started, let's go ahead and follow Start up your Mac in safe mode to see if the issue continues in Safe Mode. That will give us a better idea of what's going on.
We'd also recommend following Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac to set up a new user on your Mac and see if the issue persists there as well.
