Hi merve124,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with the built in keyboard and trackpad on your MacBook Air. It sounds like it isn't detected and it is looking for a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse.

Check out: Mac startup key combinations.

Does the built-in keyboard work in macOS Recovery? If it doesn't, then it's likely a hardware issue and service will be required.

If it doesn't work, try the steps for an SMC reset: How to reset the SMC of your Mac

Also have a look here: If your Mac doesn’t respond to key presses.

"If no keys work on your Mac notebook computer’s built-in keyboard

Your Mac may be showing a low battery alert that you can’t see. Connect your Mac to an electrical outlet or connect an external keyboard to your Mac to see the alert."

Have a fantastic day!
