Blocked mail in inbox
How come, when I block a certain email address, it still pops up in the inbox ?
there is a sign added , but stil in inbox
how to solve?

That is 99% of the problem solved.
wished mail wouldn't even download it.
I changed settings on iCloud.com also, to move to trash..

As for not downloading Spam at all - if we have the absolute answer for that that one - we might get a zillion dollars.
