if my old icloud gets canceled because of my new plan will my documents be transferred?

I have an iCloud+ 2T plan and will get the bundle that also has 2t storage. Wondering once my free trial expires and my old plan gets canceled if my documents will be transferred?

So long as you are paying for iCloud on your Apple ID, your documents will remain. Of course, it's always a good idea to have a backup of your files too, just in case.
