Problem with updating apps and downloading from APP Store.

Hello,

I have The Problem with updating apps and downloading from APP Store. When I try to update apps, a window appears with the text "There is a problem with paying for a previous purchase." when you enter the password and go to the window, there is an endless download. I have no card arrears or unpaid app subscriptions. There is money on the card and the validity period has not expired.

Thanks!

As long as the system believes there is an issue with a previous purchase, you won't be able to use the account.

The only way to resolve the issue is by speaking directly to Apple.
