Delete photos from iPhone not iCloud
How do I delete photos from my iPhone but not from my iCloud. I have backed up my phone just now.

You can only do that if you disable iCloud photos on your iPhone under Settings > Photos. Otherwise, your device and iCloud will remain in sync
