Migration Assistant -- mac mini to mac mini

How to use Migration assistant when transferring from one mac mini to another (new one) -- i.e., only have one monitor.

Plug the old Mac Mini’s Time Machine backup drive into the new Mac Mini and Migrate from it during the initial setup.
