Downgrade icloud storage to not be charged

Hello, I accidentally increase my icloud storage today to 2TB when I wanted to decrease my disk storage. I tried to change my icloud back to 200 mg... but it is staying at 2 TB. I dont want to pay 9.99. Can I please have some support to ensure I dont get charged.

Thanks,

Lauren

This is primarily a user-to-user support forum; other Apple users like you.

Cancel upgraded iCloud storage by downgrading. See instructions in: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support

Then see: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
