Apple watch series 7 gps & cellular
Does anyone know can I set the apple watch to work if I have straight talk as a cell phone provider?

Straight Talk is not a supported carrier for the cellular watch. You would be able to use a regular GPS Watch, or if you purchased a cellular Watch, you would only be able to use it like a GPS only Watch, with the paired iPhone with you.
