I want to buy an apple care for my phone but I don't have access to my phone at all can I still add apple care without running the diagnostic test ?
im not using my iPhone im using my computer

No. Once you have purchased your iPhone, then you have 60 days from purchase to add AppleCare+. You must purchase this from your iPhone and the diagnostic test must be run on that iPhone.
