I placed the order of a macbook pro 14 inches base model, (not custom configuration) on 28th October, and it gave me estimated dates of 19 nov - 25 nov.
Ir is currently 21st nov, there are only 4 days left, and the order is still in processing stage. What should be the reason?

I don't get it.... You still have 4 days until the 25th.
Once your order moves from "processing" to "shipping" typically your order arrives at your door step within 24-48 hours.
Once it is in shipping your card is charged and can not change or cancel on-line.
