Blurry photo gallery after IOS 15.1 update

I updated to the newest version as I was having issues with my storage space inaccurately reporting. This has been fixed, but now my entire photo gallery is loading as blurry. I don’t use iCloud for photos, so the optimization from iCloud shouldn’t be an issue. I’ve also tried a backup to no avail. It even happens if I save a new photo to my device.

White margin around photos when I zoom into Photos app Recently whenever I opened my Photos app, all photos had a thick white margin around them but when I clicked on the photo, it appeared normally (right size). My iPhone is iPhone 7 Plus version iOS 15.7.8. This started happening soon before I decided to install a update from Settings. I’ve never backuped iCloud on my phone is that the cause of the problem? Example of what I mean below:

Photos blurry in gallery until i zoomed in When I take a picture and see it in the photo gallery. That photo is blurred and it's only clear when I zoom in. That picture will be blurred again if I go out and look at it again. Problem here is i upload this photo in social media or transfer to pc, that photo will still be blurred until i zoom in. I turn off icloud, change format in camera. Pls help i use ip11 ios 14.5
