I gave my son my old computer but it has my AppleId on it, (I also did family sharing) but our computers are connected and acting as if they are one. HELP?! I think I may need to create his own AppleId and then add it to family sharing but I don't know how to do this and can't find help FAQ.

made new Apple ID for family Mac but want fcpx from other Apple ID I just set up new family computer with new Apple ID but am using this computer for fcpx. I have purchased fcpx on personal computer. Can I sign in to personal Apple ID to download fcpx and then sign out to sign in with new Apple id and have fcpx still on new computer?

If its a Mac you should have signed out of your Apple ID from it and cleared it of your data. Follow the steps here to wipe it and set it up from scratch for your son: link-> What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Mac - Apple Support
