Safari, browser no longer supported??????/

I have MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 with Safari ver 12.1.2. I am getting lots of issues, Safari no longer supported messages?? I am NOT tech savvy so I have no clue what to do? I am so afraid my whole system will crash if I do something?????

iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 10.12

When you upgrade your MacOS, Safari is also updated. It looks like you're running MacOS software that is a few generations old. View this page to learn about more recent versions https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211683
