I have a wireless logitech keyboard (usb connection) and have discovered that the Alt key now operates as the Ctrl key which I don't like. For instance when I go to use the shortcut key to copy and paste Ctrl+c and Ctrl+v doesn't work. How do I change this? System Preferences-Keyboard-Modifier Keys doesn't seem to have an option for the Alt key.

Apple uses the name Option instead of Alt. Same thing.
