for some reason, my mouse disappears when using sidecar function. It sometimes works when I exit the sidecar function and try again. Does anyone know how to have a more reliable solution than always switching the side car options off and then turning it on back again?
I am using a 2020 MacBook Pro with M1 chip, and an iPad Air 3

Are you referring to the pointer that is not seen, or is the mouse not functioning at all? Are you using the built-in trackpad, or an external mouse? Is this happening on the Mac display or on the iPad display? Are you receiving an error? If so, what is the exact wording of that error? The more information you can provide, the better the chances of receiving a response.

I just updated Mac OS and iPad to newest versions available. I am using Mac track pad. The mouse still works on computer, but disappears and without function for airplay on iPad, as if the mouse has totally disappeared. No error message appears on either of my devices
well I did follow all the instructions but am still encountering this problem, I was wondering of solutions for this problem. or shall I wait for a few system updates released by apple later instead?
