MacBook Air M1 charge cycles

I have been using my MacBook Air M1 for 3 months now as a student. I heavily rely on Microsoft Teams for school meetings, and since it isn't optimised for MacOS, it tends to drain a lot of battery. I already have 54 charge cycles. Is this okay? If not, what should I do to reduce my amount of charge cycles?

(P.S. my battery health is 100% and battery condition is normal)

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.0

Don't worry about it. Expected battery life, the point Apple defines as the point at which max charge is 80% of original, is 1000 full charge cycles. While the actual number can vary from one battery to another it does not mean that the laptop will stop working, it just means that you will have less working time.

The obvious is the connect your MacBook Air to the power adapter when used heavily. Other than that, if your usage draws down the battery, it draws down the battery and not much can be done about that unless you change your usage which you obviously can't.
