Ipad

I am borrowing an IPad from a friend. I got her to sign out of her iCloud and I signed into the Ipad under my account. My messages are now on the Ipad, but hers is also on the messaging app. Her phone number is not connected to the Ipad I checked, it's only my number. I also deleted all of her email accounts so nothing from there either. How can I remove her messages/numbers from the Ipad? I also did a reset of all the settings and her messages are still there.

Thanks!

In addition to signing out from her account, she had to perform this procedure (in order to cancel all her info and give you a device, letting you use it "as if it were new"):--> What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Your friend should have properly prepared the iPad before lending to you - so as to preserve her privacy and security.

What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Unlike other computers with which you may be familiar, that support multiple user profiles - other than “managed” educational environments, OS/iPadOS devices are not intended to be shared. You friend is also perhaps unaware that in allowing you to sigh-in to iCloud and other Apple services, she will be unable to sign-in again from the iPad for 90-days. This restriction, intended to prevent account abuse, cannot be bypassed.
