Buying Apple Watch

If I buy a Apple Watch series 7 cellular but my phone service is with boost, can I have my Apple Watch service with boost too?

Boost Mobile does not appear to support Apple Watch, so you are not likely going to be able to use the cellular option in a cellular Apple Watch. You'd need to move your iPhone service to a carrier who does support Apple Watch.
