ScreenTime reporting constant screen usage even when my MacBook is asleep

ScreenTime on my MacBook Pro (14" w/ MacOS Monterey up to date) is reporting that something was constantly being used/viewed over night, even though the laptop was closed and asleep. It doesn't specify what was being used (it just says "other"), but the only app I had open was Safari, so I'm assuming this is the culprit. When I view ScreenTime on my iPhone, however, it shows the correct data - no usage over night - even when I go specifically into my MacBook's data. This makes me think that ScreenTime is capable of recording screen usage correctly, but is just glitching out when reporting it on my MacBook. If it was Safari that was recorded as being used, I don't want to have to quit the app (or any app, for that matter) every time I close my laptop just so that ScreenTime can accurately report my usage. I've rebooted my laptop to see if this would fix it, but no luck. Is anyone else experiencing this or found a fix for it? Thanks!

One more thing to add that I noticed since posting this - this seems to also affect the time limits I have set for certain websites. Even though whatever was being used is categorized as "other", it has maxed out the time limit I set for a website (YouTube), since I had that page open on Safari when I closed my laptop. The usage under the actual YouTube category is only reported as 30 minutes, which is way under the limit I set (but still more than I've actually used today), but I think it's also adding the "other" use from over night. This also carries over to the YouTube app on my iPhone, even when my iPhone reports accurate ScreenTime data. Really frustrating since I find the time limit function very useful in managing my device use, but I have to turn it off for now.
