Switching iphones amd third party account

Im locked out of google after switching phones they keep sending my verification to my old apple se and i cant open the email clearly because my entire google account has been locked since I switched phones a week ago now

Account Locked Hello I have an IPhone and now I can't access my mobile because I need to enter my account credentials. when I enter ID and password I get that this account is locked for security reasons.
