Switching iphones amd third party account

Im locked out of google after switching phones they keep sending my verification to my old apple se and i cant open the email clearly because my entire google account has been locked since I switched phones a week ago now

Account Locked Hello I have an IPhone and now I can't access my mobile because I need to enter my account credentials. when I enter ID and password I get that this account is locked for security reasons. I can't remember security answers. so I selected send verification code to email. the funny thing that I can't access email because it the same icloud account. how can I solve this or how can I contact Apple customer services to solve this.
