Direct audio to 2 different sources

Hi all,

I Uber on the weekends and in an effort to make sure I can hear the directions I have the phone directing audio to my AirPods.

For the most part this works fine, but what I would like to do is have the uber app directed to my AirPods and say my music app or Spotify directed to my CarPlay equipped stereo? Is there a way that I can get this to work?

I have an iPhone 12 with iOS 15.1.1

2020 Ford Edge with sync3/carplay

i would like to use music, Spotify or prism (plex player) to send to my car stereo system and Uber driver app to my AirPods.

any help appreciated.
