Iphone 11/Band 28

Hello! I have a question. I am from Peru and I want to buy an iPhone 11 from the USA but I wanted to know if in the apple store it is possible to buy the Iphone 11 A2221, because I understand that the A2111 version not have band 28.

That model is not sold in the US.
