Touch Bar Not responding to my touch

I have had my MacBook pro 13 inch (2 lighting ports) or over a year now and just this morning i realized my touch bar has stopped responding. I use my touch bar and it was working last night. Changing volume, mute, pause etc. but all of a sudden it has since stopped working. It changes between apps, Fn key shows the keys, and when i type, it actively shows recommended words and auto correct. I've restarted it using the terminal, it didn't work. I tried to restart it using activity Monitor, did nothing. I am all out of luck and was wondering if theres anything else i can do before i take it into Apple Care.

I have tried both the things you've said, and neither have worked :( There doesn't seem to be any external damage. No crack, no signs of water damage, and the screen still works, it just refuses to respond to my touch.

Hi VictorLeon,

We understand you're experiencing an issue with the Touch Bar on your MacBook Pro, and you've done some great troubleshooting steps so far!

Next, try starting your Mac in safe mode and check for the issue there: How to use safe mode on your Mac

Also, to determine if the issue is user-specific or system-wide, create a new admin user account and try the Touch Bar there. Here's how: Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac

Cheers!
