Stuck With iOS 12.5.5

I’m stressed about being stuck with the iOS 12.5.5. I tried to connect my iPhone to my Mac, but it says that the iOS 12.5.5 is the latest and current one I have. I don’t know what to do. 😕

Problem with IOS 14.2 I just updated my 6s IOS to 14.2 My Mac runs Sierra and it says to connect I need a software update. If I keep using Sierra is my iphone is no longer compatible with it?

The iPhone 6 cannot be upgraded beyond iOS 12.5.5. It lacks the components to run newer software. Technology marches on!
