Unable to launch Oracle Apps Forms, getting Java Application launch failed error

Tried the below, nothing worked out.
- CTRL + click on the downloaded file.
- Select Open With.
- Click on Other....
- Enable option: Change to All Applications.
- Check-mark the Always Open With box.
- Browse to Macintosh HD\System\Library\CoreServices\Java Web Start.app.
- Click Open.
1) Open the App page in Firefox
2) Download the frmservlet file on to the computer
3) Open Terminal and paste this command /Library/Internet\ Plug-Ins/JavaAppletPlugin.plugin/Contents/Home/bin/javaws <path to jnlp file>
