Screen Time is not making sense at all. ( Proof Attached )

Hi,

Me and my wife started using screen time for restrictions on each others devices. I have iphone 6s and the screen time is showing everything correct from the start. My wife has iphone 11 running IOS 15.1, but from the past two weeks, screen time is showing complete non-sense. Its shows the total screen time of the day is much less than all of the apps time combined.

How is this possible even when passcode is being used for restrictions? is there a way to remove a desired app from the most used list? Or a way to manipulate screen time and edit anything to remove the data?

Kindly Explain this. Is it possible somehow from the user or is it a bug?
