M1 MacBook Pro Trackpad not clicking

My M1 MacBook Pro Trackpad Tap to click is not working. It works fine but past 2 months it seems it is not clicking well. And in the past few days it is genuinely not working well. I have noticed at times the click area sometimes is unresponsive, the cursor will move halfway across the screen or the UI doesn't respond to the first click. When I click again then it responds.  Firstly it didn't bother me too much because it didn't every day but now it creates a Lot of problem. I update my Mac to Monterey, boot it in safe mode even Erase all of its data and run diagnostics but the problem not fixed. Is anybody tell me what to do now?
