Received a notification my ID and FaceTime were used to sign into a new Apple Watch, but I have not purchased a new watch. I am currently using my Apple Watch. Was this a mistake?

Most likely it is a scam of some kind. How did you get notified? Message, email, etc.? Don't select any of the links until you are sure it is a legitimate notification (which it probably isn't).
