Tapping Solution App

My Tapping Solutions app shows that I’m upgraded and current, but it’s not allowing me to open the upgraded taping scripts. Who do I need to contact about this?

iPhone 7, iOS 13

I can not down load from the app store because the button is just off screen, the zoom is off I can not complete a download from the App Store because the button to double tap on for download is just partly off screen. The zoom setting is off and tapping with tree fingers does nothing

You need to contact the developer of the app.
