keychain secure notes

My keychain secure notes no longer reside on my mac-they are in the icloud secure notes area . this occurred some years ago during some mac problems and their cure. which means I can only access them if I am online and connected to my icloud. (they are not in the system secure notes area) I keep all my various websites and their passwords and other relevant info in these notes.

I would like to do 2 things

1) find a way to get the secure notes back to my mac access and if possible,....ie. in the system keychains as opposed to the icloud keychains

2) make a copy of all the notes and their information as a separate file.

any help would be appreciated.
