UPS: We could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number
I bought a new 14inch MacBook Pro and Apple says it was shipped on Nov 18 and provided a ups tracking number. However, when I clicked this link, it showed: We could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number. Details are only available for shipments made within the last 120 days. Please check your information.
I called Apple and they told me although it showed shipped, but it is actually not be shipped to UPS. I also called UPS and they said they did not receive this item. Does anyone have same question and what happened later? Do you receive your items as expected? Thanks!
