dictating terms that get misspelled

Is there a way to teach voice-to-text on Mac new terms that it always mangles or misspells?

I have a lot of geographical names, and I don't seem to be able to list them somewhere so that dictation picks them up.

I know that voice to text is AI, but how can I teach it?

If I hit "Enter", Dictation closes, and I haven't found a voice command that creates a paragraph. Does Dictation in Ventura allow for creating a new paragraph? Thank you very much.
