Hyperlinks in Notes on Ipad IOS 15

How to prevent Notes from adding hyperlinks to addresses, phone numbers and email addresses?

It is very annoying when all you want is a note, a very basic note.

You do not want to search maps, you do not want to place a phone call, you do not want to create an email, you just want to take a NOTE…

Double tap on Body, cut and paste etc, I tried all those tricks none worked, as soon as the keyboard disappear from the screen, the hyperlinks are back…

Why can’t the hyperlink be added only if you want to add an hyperlink?

Please if anybody as an answer, that would be very very appreciated! Thanks in advance!

By the way this question has been asked on the internet since 2014, at least, why is it still an issue?
