I am unable to set up Cardio Firness. iPhone model is XR having ios 15.1 and apple watch is 7 series. I am not getting the set up option under Cardio Fitness. Please help. Thanks

I assume your series 7 watch is running watchIOS 8 (at least).
The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.

Both the devices having latest OS. In apple watch Cardion Fitness notification is on. Even after restarting both the device it’s still showing as ‘No Data’ under Cardio Fitness in IPhone.
This option ’ Tap Set Up under Cardio Fitness’ is not available.
Unpaired and then set up watch once again.. still no data source is available for Cardio fitness.
Checked once again and it started appearing. Thanks for you suggestions it worked:).
