Voicemail not working

i am trying to set up my voicemail, but when I press on the phone app and push voicemail, it only gives me the option to call voicemail. When I push this it does not take me anywhere because I do not have on set up and I can not find anywhere that allows me to do so. I have reset my network settings and my phone but nothing has worked.

Voicemail Hi! I am unable to set up a voicemail. I have read through some of the forums here suggesting that I reset my network settings or reset my phone app, but nothing has worked so far. I’ve attached images to show what I am seeing. When I go to voicemail I only see the “call voicemail” option but when I got to do so, it opens up a loading screen, and then from there says there was an unknown error, and then says the call was failed. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you in advanced (:

Voicemail set-up So I was attempting to set up my voicemail on my iPhone. I have never set up a voicemail previously. When I open the voicemail option on the phone app, it says "call voicemail" and when I click it calls with no ringing and then says call failed. I know its not a network problem, any advice on what is going on? As for as I researched I couldn't find anyone else with this same problem.

Contact your carrier. Voicemail is a carrier function. They will need to help you get it setup.
