Can’t receive calls on my iPad.

I used to be able to receive calls from my iPhone on my iPad. Ever since I upgraded to iOS 15.1 it doesn’t work anymore. I am signed in with the same Apple ID on both devices. I have “Allow calls on other devices” checked for both my iPads and iMac. I don’t have wi fi calling but I never had it before and it used to work flawlessly. What gives?

On iPhone, try uncheck Allow Calls on Other Devices & Allow Calls On
Reboot iPhone
Turn options back on

Thanks for your response. I got it working. I was checking and unchecking things and rebooting the phone so I may have inadvertently did what you suggested. Your suggestion may have been correct. If it ever happens again I will try your suggestion first to confirm it was the solution.
