Screentime showing apps as used that weren’t

For the last two days Screentime has been showing that I used two apps (first Duolingo, after uninstalling Duolingo it was Apollo) constantly, meaning 60 minutes per hour, 24 hours a day. This seems to only happen on my new iPhone 13 Pro Max. I’m on the latest version of iOS (15.1.1) and the apps in question.
