how do I see my iCloud files

I purchased iCloud+ that provides me 50 gigabytes of data. How do I view those files? when I open I cloud on my back from Finder, it does not show the data

iCloud provides you with storage for files and iPhone and iPad backups and such, but does not populate that storage.

Access iCloud Drive files from your iPhone and other devices - Apple Support


If this isn’t about the iCloud file contents, but rather about the increased storage quota not showing up, reboot your Mac and see if it picks up the new value.
